Provided HVAC design drawings; demoed existing steam radiators and installed new Runtal steam radiators; installed new duct work from an existing steam AHU to provide the new conference room; installed two new Steam Coils on the existing AHU; installed all new control system with three zones; installed new sink; relocated existing fire sprinkler pipe.
