Updating Building 201 included drywall, paint, doors, floors and ceilings. Renovated HVAC System.  Furnished & installed 7 Indoor central station Air Handler Units, 58 fan coil units, duct work & insulation. Furnished & installed DDC controls for 4 VAV air handling units, for Constant Volume Air Handling Units, for 30 VAV boxes. Installed controls for new relief dampers. Interlock with existing chiller & boiler controls. Test & Balancing.
