Gaghan Mechanical, Inc.’s CEO, Kevin Gaghan Fourth generation of Gaghan’s to found and operate a mechanical contracting firm in the DC metropolitan area. Kevin Gaghan spent 14 years with Boland Trane before establishing Gaghan Mechanical Inc. in 1996.

Service Manager, Dave Mattingly has been employed at Gaghan Mechanical, Inc. for 13 years. Dave has been in the steamfitters Local 602 for 40 years. Dave duties consist of daily operation of the service department, scheduling of service techs, managing service contracts and service sales.

Vice President, Tommy Clagett has been a Senior Project Manager at Gaghan Mechanical, Inc. for 12 years and now supervises the projects team and client relationship. Tommy holds a bachelor of Construction Management degree from the “Harvard of the South,” East Carolina University.

Estimators, Donny Apperson, have a combined trade experience of 80 years, and 30 years of estimating.

Comptroller, Lisa Bethune has been an employee with Gaghan Mechanical, Inc. for 11 years. Lisa has over 30+ years of accounting and job costing experience. She also oversees all daily office operations and regularly assists the president of the company.

Gaghan Mechanical, Inc. offers creative design/build solutions, comprehensive preventive care, and tailored commercial and government facilities management and maintenance programs for all vital building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Gaghan Mechanical Inc. is a minority-owned Small Business Administration Prime Mechanical Contractor.
