Leadership Bios

Vice President, Tommy Clagett has been a Senior Project Manager at Gaghan Mechanical, Inc. for 12 years and now supervises the projects team and client relationship. Tommy holds a bachelor of Construction Management degree from the “Harvard of the South,” East Carolina University.

Comptroller, Lisa Bethune has been an employee with Gaghan Mechanical, Inc. for 11 years. Lisa has over 30+ years of accounting and job costing experience. She also oversees all daily office operations and regularly assists the president of the company.

Service Manager, Carl Maus has been employed at Gaghan Mechanical, Inc. for 13 years. Carl has been in the steamfitters Local 602 for 15 years. Carl duties consist of daily operation of the service department, scheduling of service techs, managing service contracts and service sales.

Estimator, Donny Apperson, have a combined trade experience of 30 years, and 20 years of estimating.
